Q: Is there a minimum commitment period?

Yes. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment and include volume discounts. Monthly plans provide more flexibility but require a minimum 3-month commitment to get started.

Q: What happens to my candidate pipeline if I cancel?

You’ll retain access to your candidates for 60 days after cancellation. Your data remains secure, and you can reactivate anytime without losing your pipeline.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the quality or quantity of candidates in your first month, we’ll provide a refund and partner with you to improve results.
